OH 502 Micromolecule Hydroxyl Silicone Oil

INTRODUCTION

DY-OH502 is a low molecular weight linear polydimethylsiloxane with terminal hydroxyl groups. Strict quality controls are observed throughout its manufacture to ensure that each molecule is functionalized with exactly two hydroxyl groups at each end of the polymer.

DY-OH502 low molecular weight hydroxyl siloxane fluid (viscosity is 15 to 50 cp, OH-group content is about3%- 8%) is excellent structure controlling agent of silicone rubber.

HOW TO USE

User should determine the best concentration and application method on a small cale test.

Normally the use level is 6~10% of basic gum.
